Roll up your sleeves and blend your own bottle of wine in the Lisbon countryside! This isn’t just a tasting. It’s hands-on, vineyard-to-glass fun in one of Portugal’s oldest wine estates. You’ll walk the vines, pop corks and leave with a bottle that’s all yours.
Departure at 9am, with private pickup in Lisbon and head into the rolling hills of the Lisbon wine region for about 1 hour till Dois Portos village, from municipality of Torres Vedras, known for its location near the Sizandro River and for being home to one of the largest cooperative wineries in the country. This is an opportunity to meet us and talk about this unique experience.

On a guided tour and, if the weather allows it, will walk up to the windmill at the top of the mountain learning about the company, vines and wines. At the windmill, sip a crisp rosé with panoramic views, get to know the history and stroll down through the vineyards back to the winery cellar to continue the visit.
Folgorosa was born in 1711, when an estate was established there by the biker Correia family. Since then, it has always been dedicated to the production of award-winning wine. The new Folgorosa vineyard was planted in 2003 and produces sustainable wines that represent the best of Portugal.

In the winery, and with the support from the local guide, you will be guided through the entire process, blend, bottle, cork and label your own custom wine!
Start by tasting the 3 local grapes varieties, red or white, to sense the taste of each one and take notes about it. Then, blend it them as you enjoyed more according to your taste. With the blending done, next will be bottling process, move into the corking machine for corking it and, finally, glue the custom label with your name on the bottle. Take it home with you.

After the workshop, will relax tasting more 2 wines, a red and a white, paired with local cheese, bread and fruit compote, while looking the view of the vineyards and fields where back in the beginning of 19th century French troops under General Solignac attempted to take a position but were repelled by a Portuguese brigade led by Colonel Collins. This action was part of the Second French invasion of Portugal, which aimed to break through the Lines of Torres Vedras.

Drive back to Lisbon meeting point to drop off at 2pm.
