Want to surf the best waves in Ericeira without wasting time chasing conditions? This private surf guide experience takes you to the day’s best waves with a local legend. You bring the stoke. We’ll handle the rest.
Departure at 9am, for about 1 hour till Ericeira village, a fishing village and more recently a World Surfing Reserve. Start your trip with hotel pickup in Lisbon and a relaxed ride to Ericeira… Portugal’s surf capital. This is an opportunity to meet us and talk about this unique experience.

Arrive in Ericeira and head to search for the best waves of the day (we choose the spot to match your skill level, surf preferences and real-time forecasts). Our guides are locals who know the tides, swells, and surf spots like the back of their hand. You’ll be in good hands as they help you catch the best waves for about 2 hours starting with warm-up, how to get to the outside, and with you on the water. Our goal is to help you improve your skills and make the most out of every wave, but mostly to get out there and have fun!
While you surf, we’ll be taking photos so you don’t miss a single ride. You’ll go home with 10 to 15 high-quality shots.

Ericeira is a charming, traditional fishing village where the deep-rooted connection to the sea is evident in every corner. Surfers from all over the world flock here, drawn by the quality of its waves and the warm local surf culture. The village’s authenticity, rich history, and beautiful coastal views make it the perfect place for any surfer.
Ericeira, the only World Surfing Reserve in Europe, delivers some of the most consistent and high-quality waves in the world. You’ll find world-class breaks, including world-famous surf spots like Foz do Lizandro, a mellow beach break with left and right peaks and Ribeira D’Ilhas, a long right-hand point break over reef and cobblestones, each offering unique conditions for surfers. While the area is known for its predominance of left-hand breaks, you’ll also find a few right-handers scattered throughout the region.
In fact, Ericeira is arguably the area with the highest concentration of surf spots in all of Portugal, with many breaks located within just a few kilometers of each other.

Drive back to Lisbon meeting point to drop off at 2pm.
